• Purchase and entitlement records. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by ListCatcher LLC.
• Technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session data, request metadata, device or browser details, and abuse-prevention signals.

How we use information

• Schedule consultations and coaching sessions and communicate about those meetings.
• Create and secure accounts, provide purchased access, save progress, and operate member features.
• Process and reconcile purchases, refunds, disputes, and service communications.
• Prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, enforce our terms, and improve reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect New Agent Retention Program, its members, and the public.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to providers that help us run hosting, databases, email, scheduling, support, security, and payment processing; to professional advisers; during a business transaction; or when required by law. Those providers process information for the services they perform for us.

We do not sell payment-card information. We do not disclose personal information for unrelated third-party advertising without further notice and any consent required by law.
