Using New Agent Retention Program

You may use New Agent Retention Program only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Consultation bookings

Submitting the public strategy-call form places a 20-minute hold on the displayed time. The appointment is booked only after you use the one-time confirmation link sent to the email address you provided. An unconfirmed hold expires automatically. A confirmed call does not create a member account, purchase the program, guarantee acceptance, or grant course, community, or coaching access. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking.

Enrollment and payment

The price, included services, access periods, refund terms, enrollment agreement, and any results guarantee presented to you at checkout form part of your purchase terms. Review and accept those terms before paying. Payments are processed by Stripe. Access is granted only after payment is verified, and may be suspended or revoked following a refund, dispute, fraud, or material breach.

No promise of individual results

Training, coaching, scripts, examples, and testimonials are educational. Real-estate results depend on factors outside New Agent Retention Program’s control, including your market, effort, experience, compliance, and follow-through. Except for a specific written guarantee included in your accepted purchase terms, we do not promise a particular number of appointments, listings, transactions, commissions, or earnings.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer the service or its security controls.
• Do not share paid access, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, scrape private content, or interfere with another user.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, threatening, or malicious content.
• Follow all laws, professional rules, advertising requirements, telemarketing restrictions, and do-not-call obligations that apply to your real-estate activity.

Content and intellectual property

New Agent Retention Program and its training materials, software, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your access is personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable. You retain ownership of content you submit, while granting us the rights needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that content within the service.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, ListCatcher LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms prospectively and will post a new effective date. We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, security risk, fraud, or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
